Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Options (UK Only)
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): £3.99
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
KiaraLana Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Tracking information will be included where available.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your KiaraLana Cosmetics purchase. If there’s an issue, we’ll always do our best to help.
Returning Unopened Items (Changed Your Mind)
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging
- You must email us at kiaralanacosmetics@gmail.com before returning your item
- Once authorised, we will provide you with the return address
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours where possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used products
- Opened products
- Items not in their original packaging
This is due to hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process once it arrives.
